The Laser Flat Bench features a 1-foot-wide, 42-inch-long pad that narrows to 10 inches at the top to form a stylish hexagon. Framed by this taper, you will find our signature BOLT insignia sewn into the upholstery with white thread.
It looks good, but besides its sharp aesthetic qualities, the Laser offers several key stability features that make it desirable for beginners and advanced athletes alike.
Grooved rubber grips secure the bench’s H-shaped frame to the floor, and the 4-inch-thick center beams (which would have offered enough support on their own) are further enhanced by flanges that increase the bench-to-floor surface area by 7 inches. These extra supports will prevent tilting, even after years of rigorous use.
When it comes to assembly and storage, the Laser is incredibly user-friendly. It is easily assembled, and when you're not using it, the Laser can be conveniently stored in the upright position, saving space and keeping your workout area clutter-free.
