BOLT Fitness Equipment Return Policy

Customers should maintain a dialogue with BOLT throughout the return process so that our customer service representatives can make the experience as easy and straightforward as possible. Please call us at (+1) 832-767-1363 or email us at, so we can walk you through each step along the way.

Return Window: Customers have a 30-day return window from the date their order was received to initiate that product’s return. If the return is made within 7 days, the customer is guaranteed a full refund for the cost of the product, provided the equipment is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 

Return Authorization: To facilitate a return, customers must contact BOLT in advance for Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. 

Returns must be shipped to BOLT Fitness Supply’s warehouse in Houston, Texas within 7 days of their authorization. 

Shipping Fees: When returning an item, all shipping fees, both to and from the customer are generally non-refundable and paid by the client. A BOLT service representative will communicate the applicable fees to the customer before authorizing a return. Customers should be aware that they may need to pay for return shipping when seeking a refund.

Restocking Fees: Please be aware that a restocking fee may apply to your return. Restocking fees are sometimes charged when a returned item can no longer be sold at full price due to missing pieces, damaged parts, and the loss of original packaging. Used and damaged items may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

3rd-Party Freight Fulfillment: Please note that BOLT Fitness Supply ships through several third-parties to give you the most cost-effective delivery solutions. Before shipping your item, BOLT has a quality control protocol that we go through with every single item to make sure it leaves our warehouse in mint condition. However, once your order has left our warehouse, we can no longer insure its integrity and, therefore, cannot be held liable for damages incurred during the shipping process. 

Used or Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damage for your records and ours, and do not sign for it.

The only way we can intercede on behalf of a customer who has received damage items is if they document those damages on a physical proof-of-delivery document or reject the delivery in full. If the damages are not documented with the third party, BOLT will be unable to file a claim on your behalf, because the 3rd-party freight company will assume the product was received in mint condition.

Compatibility: BOLT cannot guarantee compatibility with fitness equipment from other manufacturers. 

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned items are received at the BOLT warehouse in Houston, Texas. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, there may be delays in updating your final balance.

Down Payment: Layaway deposits for items in stock are non-refundable. However, that balance can be used as store credit for future purchases. Deposits for customized equipment are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, BOLT works rapidly to process it. Therefore, cancelations are time-sensitive; BOLT cannot cancel orders that have already entered the fulfillment stage.
