Subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations outlined below, your Bolt Fitness Supply equipment is covered against material and workmanship defects resulting from normal use for a duration of the machine’s lifetime beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
MACHINE WEARABLE PARTS: PULLEYS, BEARINGS, BUSHINGS, BELTS, PINS AND CABLES
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations outlined below, your Bolt Fitness Supply equipment is covered against material and workmanship defects resulting from normal use for a duration of 1 year beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
MACHINE UPHOLSTERY:
90 DAY WARRANTY*
Subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations outlined below, your Bolt Fitness Supply equipment is covered against material and workmanship defects resulting from normal use for a duration of 90 days beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
*Upholstery for residential customers is extended to a 1 year warranty
WEIGHTS:
1 YEAR WARRANTY*
This includes Polyurethane and rubber coated dumbbells, Bumper Plates (25, 35, & 45 lb) and cast iron weight plates. Subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations outlined below, your Bolt Fitness Supply equipment is covered against material and workmanship defects resulting from normal use for a duration of 1 year beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
*Bumper Plates of 10 lb and 15 lb are covered by a 3 month warranty
BARBELLS:
1 YEAR WARRANTY
Subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations outlined below, your Bolt Fitness Supply equipment is covered against material and workmanship defects resulting from normal use for a duration of 1 year beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
SPECIALITY BARBELLS:
3 YEAR WARRANTY
Subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations outlined below, your Bolt Fitness Supply equipment is covered against material and workmanship defects resulting from normal use for a duration of 3 years beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
WALL BALLS:
180 DAY WARRANTY
Subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations outlined below, your Bolt Fitness Supply equipment is covered against material and workmanship defects resulting from normal use for a duration of 180 days beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Original Purchaser Only
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
No Liability for Indirect Damages
Bolt Fitness Supply is not liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to persons or property arising from the use of the equipment.
Repair or Replacement
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components at Bolt Fitness Supply’s discretion. It does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
Normal Use
Normal use does not fall under our warranty policy including damage to powder coat finishes.
Improper Use or Maintenance
Damage resulting from improper assembly, inadequate maintenance, or the installation of non-Bolt Fitness Supply parts is not covered under this warranty.
Other Exclusions
Damage caused by accidents, abuse, corrosion, misuse, theft, vandalism, fire, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.
Warranty Void Conditions:
- Removing or altering branding or making unauthorized modifications to the product
- Failing to settle outstanding invoices owed to Bolt Fitness Supply
- Operating the equipment outside of its intended purpose
- If equipment is categorized as residential and used in a commercial setting this will result in a voided warranty
