BOLT® PRODUCT WARRANTY CLAIMS
BOLT Fitness Supply warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials under normal use or service. If at any time a component part is found to be defective, BOLT Fitness Supply will repair or replace it (at BOLT Fitness Supply’s discretion) according to the terms listed below.
This warranty does not cover the costs of removal, shipping, transportation, installation, deinstallation, reinstallation, or the packaging thereof and does not apply to defects caused by misuse, neglect, or the normal wear and tear of proscribed use.
BOLT reserves the right to make changes and improvements in our product line without the obligation to similarly alter or improve previously purchased products.
In order to maintain your product warranty and ensure the safe and efficient operation of your machine, only authorized replacement parts can be used. This warranty is void if parts other than those provided by BOLT Fitness Supply are used to repair or change the use of a BOLT Fitness Supply product.
Any such transfer voids all warranties, expressed or implied. There are no warranties which extend beyond the terms described in this document. If warranty replacement parts are needed, they may be shipped at the customer’s expense. Please note that BOLT may ask the customer to send the defective part back. WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE: This warranty is not transferable on the resale or gifting of a previously warranted BOLT product and applies only to the customer who made the original purchase.
NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: BOLT is not responsible for economic loss, profit loss, or special, indirect, or consequential damages.

Our Commercial Warranty applies to facilities that charge membership dues to members of the general public and/or where the equipment would be used by more than 30 people per day.
Our Light Commercial Warranty applies to facilities that DO NOT charge membership dues and where the equipment would be used by no more than 30 people per day. Examples of Light Commercial facilities include hotels, country clubs, apartment complexes, personal training studios, fire stations, police stations, corporate fitness facilities as well as other environments that meet the above-stated criteria.
Our Residential warranty applies to equipment used in a home setting by home occupants only.
