In-Store Pickup Policy

At BOLT Fitness Supply, we are committed to providing exceptional service. To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, please review the following terms for local pickup orders:

Pickup Location: BOLT Fitness Supply Showroom, 6415 Allegheny St, Houston, TX 77021. Our team will help load your items into your vehicle. Please ensure your vehicle has adequate cargo space.

Pickup Process

  • Customers may select Local Pickup when placing an order online or in-store.
  • Once your order is prepared, you will be notified via email or text message using the contact information customer provided during checkout.
  • Bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email or receipt when picking up.
  • Pickup is available during regular business hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM (closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day).

Fulfillment & Storage

  • Most orders are ready within 24–48 hours. Larger items (e.g., machines, custom builds) may require additional time. Contact customer service if you need to expedite and we may be able to accommodate.
  • Customers must inspect all items at the time of pickup. Any damage, defect, missing component, or incorrect item must be reported immediately before leaving the premises. Once the items have been picked up and removed from our location, BOLT cannot be responsible for damage or missing components discovered later. If a component is confirmed missing at pickup, BOLT will provide the part at no additional charge. Customers requesting shipment of missing components may be responsible for shipping fees.
  • We kindly ask that customers pick up their orders within 7 days of notification. Orders not picked up within this time may be ineligible for a refund, though exceptions may apply at our discretion.
  • We provide free storage for 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, unclaimed items may be considered abandoned and subject to storage fees or cancellation under our Terms of Service. While we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the order beyond the initial 30-day storage period, we cannot guarantee the continued availability or stock of the order. If the customer requests a refund after the initial (30) thirty day period, or if the order is canceled by Bolt due to non-pickup, the order will be subject to applicable storage fees, cancellation fees, and/or restocking fees as outlined in our Terms of Service and Refund/Return Policy.
