How long will my package take to arrive after I order it?
Please allow 3-5 business days for ground shipments and 5-9 business days for freight
shipments. Freight shipments involve larger, heavier equipment and often require a pallet or the
building of a custom crate. Kindly refrain from accepting any shipments that arrive damaged or

Can I get a request a custom quote for bulk orders?
Certainly! Allow the Bolt team to create a quote for you. We provide quotes for any item in the
United States or Canada. Simply fill our contact us form, call us or send an email to ask@boltfitnesssupply.com with
information about the equipment that interests you, and we’ll negotiate a price.
How do I get my purchase to my address?
Bolt Fitness Supply offers delivery and setup services for an additional fee on all fitness
equipment. Our delivery manager will contact you before delivery to schedule a date and time. If
you are not located in the Houston area. Otherwise, we can ship the item fully built or
disassembled to any address in the U.S.
How can I return an item?
Returns are accepted for most unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of
purchase. You must, however, return the item to our warehouse or ship it to us at your own
expense. Damaged or opened items may be returned and refunded with the possible addition of
a restocking fee. For more information, please consult our Return Policy.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have one of the largest fitness fitness showrooms in the country. Feel free to visit any day from 10 am to 6 pm at 6415 Allegheny St, Houston, TX and try out our equipment for yourself.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash from customers. For schools and universities, we also accept PO (Purchase Order) payments. Financing is also available through Affirm, PayTomorrow, and Syncrony; take your pick!
