Featuring durable 7, 11, and 14-gauge steel construction, this attachment is designed for athletes who own a bench and want to target their biceps but do not want to purchase a dedicated preacher curl bench. This versatile accessory features a horn compatible with a wide range of weight plates (including Olympic plates) and can be adjusted to accommodate athletes of varied heights.
Please note that the Blaze bench is not included. If you order a Blaze Leg Extension and Leg Curl Attachment, you will receive the attachment only.
