WARLOCK PREACHER CURL BENCH

 Warlock, the preacher-curl bench made of 3-inch-by-3-inch 11-gauge steel beams, every aspect of which has been designed for maximum robustness.

Its specially designed distance between arms (33.5") allows for a focused workout using fixed barbells, such as our Evolution Urethane Fixed Barbells.

The broad bicycle seat is adjustable by 8 inches. When it’s at your desired height, sit down on the 2.5-inch thick upholstery and lean forward against a 33.5 by 8-inch pad that is separate from the primary arm pad and gives an ideal surface against which to brace yourself for the lift.

Next, place your arms on the expansive 34 by 16-inch arm pad that is 4 inches thick at the top, 2.5 inches thick at the bottom, and generously gives the user more space than the largest bodies will ever need. Pick a barbell of your choosing up off the 22-inch long spotter arms which are covered in UCBH plastic to protect both the bench and your barbells.

Now, you’re ready to let the Warlock work its magic on your arms.

Though originally intended for use in commercial fitness facilities, the Warlock was designed with a 53 by 44-inch footprint to make it a viable option for home gym owners.
