The Zodiac Abdominal Decline bench offers 4 levels of adjustment—totaling 8 inches and 60 degrees of tilt—to give you everything you need to comfortably target each muscle in the abdominal cluster.
The Zodiac features 2-inch-thick antimicrobial tear-resistant upholstery on a backrest that is 15 inches wide at its top and 11 at the bottom to give you the stable foundation needed to perform sit-ups and enough room, at the bottom, to rotate your shoulders.
