VIKING PRO: Air & Magnetic Resistance Rower

The Viking, BOLT’s take on the indoor rower, draws inspiration from industry leaders. It is an economically-priced indoor-rowing machine that allows athletes to perform low-impact, full-body workouts with a console that accurately tracks your workout data: time, calories burned, and distance rowed, so you can save your joints and push your body to its limits all at the same time.

Resistance is adjusted through the spiral damper. Users can quickly change airflow and, therefore, the resistance imposed by the flywheel. The dampener also minimizes the noise of the pull while maximizing its overall regularity for a smooth (if not easy) ride.

You will find that the Viking’s seat is uncommonly high. This added height takes pressure off the knees, making it more accessible to recovering or injury-conscious athletes. The 20-inch seat height is just one of the many ways the Viking—like the Nordic raiders who gave it its name—stands tall.
