Take command with the Sergeant, a plate-loaded T-row machine that defines and builds the muscles of the upper and lower back.

The chest support is made with 2-inch-thick foam padding for maximal comfort and an adjustable footrest to accommodate a variety of user heights, but the Sergeant's best feature is its grip.

The handles are independently rotational, allowing athletes to perform rows using any handhold they like. You could, for instance, use a neutral grip with one hand and a pronated grip with the other. What is perhaps more interesting is that the handles themselves can change positions, allowing you to alternate between close and wide-grip rows. Regardless of what spacing you choose, the light, diamond knurling will give you all the manual adhesion needed to pull your next PR.
