The new 4th-generation Raider Leg-Extension Prone-Leg-Curl Combo allows you to alternate between exercises that work the hamstrings and quads with an array of easy adjustments.
Our ultimate goal in designing the Raider was to give users the perfect ergonomic alignment for both exercises. That's why the Leg Extension is adjustable by 10 inches (10 positions), the Leg Curl by 10 inches (10 positions).
Whats more: the backrest moves 12 inches forward so that any athlete can sit on the Raider with ease. It is not, however, enough that the upholstery is accommodating. For heavier weights, the athlete must anchor themselves, which is why we've added knurled rubber handles on the back and the sides.
The Raider was designed with the needs of residential users in mind while still meeting the demands of commercial-grade fitness facilities. The feet are rubber to protect the flooring, the construction is 11 and 7-gauge steel, and the finish is chip-resistant powder black coat.
Every material consideration was made with the bench’s longevity and aesthetic appeal in mind. It is built to last in style.
The Raider is plate-loaded to reduce its overall weight and size, making it especially suited to the needs of residential users. The forward weight horn on the Raider is 10.5 inches long, 9.3 inches of which can be loaded with seven weight plates the size of our 45-pound Olympics for a practical capacity of 315 pounds that can be increased safely with our Savage chains or Legacy strength bands.
It's the leg machine for those who see what they want and take it.
