The Grunt is a plate-loaded t-row machine and an essential tool for building and defining the muscles of the upper and lower back.
The chest support is made of foam padding--for maximum comfort--and comes with two levels of footrests to accommodate users of different heights. The middle of the handle is lightly lined with rubber, so you won’t have to worry about your grip slipping as you grunt your way to a new PR.
