FREEDOM: NEMESIS

While all Freedom series platforms function much the same as traditional plate-loaded exercise machines, they also allow you to unlock the primary arm from its track and train your stabilizer muscles as you guide the armature through functional motions. 

The Nemesis is no exception. Lock the arm in place to perform a traditional incline bench press. Engage to Freedom mode to perform a functional incline bench press.

Your last PR is your Nemesis. Destroy it.

• 6 positions for the backrest, totaling 6 inches of vertical adjustment
