The Blaze is Bolt Fitness’ flagship adjustable bench. It comes with four incline positions and one decline position, but what has made it so popular over the years—and unique in the fitness equipment industry—is its ability to support accessories like the BLAZE Preacher Curl and BLAZE Leg Extension/Leg Curl attachments, both sold separately here on our online store.
Functionality, however, does not matter if a bench isn't easy on the back. That’s why the seat and backrest feature three-inch-thick upholstery. The bench itself is 49 inches when laid back in the neutral position so that the vast majority of users won’t have to worry about their head or tailbone hanging off the top/bottom of the bench.
