Is the leg press easy to adjust for the we’re ur back sits ? Didn’t see that on the video also do u offer home installation??

That's an important question, Mandy.
Personally, I find the process of changing the position of the backrest very easy. Here's a video of me making the adjustment. The only difficulty would be that you cannot adjust it while seated and may need to use two hands.
