The Kraken Adjustable-Arm Functional Trainer can be used to perform a truly awe-inspiring number of exercises from 120 different angles. To understand how much versatility the Kraken offers, you need to first understand that the arms are independently adjustable and the pulleys pull their own 200-pound weight stacks.
