While many modern hip-thruster machines utilize flexible seat belts and bands to position the weight over your pelvis, the Dynamo relies on 11-14 gauge steel, three-inch-thick upholstery, and an articulating back pad support system. This design encourages proper hip hinging, reduces back strain, and guides the athlete through a safe, functional arc that engages the glutes, hips, and quads for a well-rounded workout.
