Bolt's Cast Iron Olympic Plates are traditionally used for strength training or bodybuilding. Cast irons are our most economical plates, so they make a great start to any gym. Our cast iron plates are durable; however, we do not recommend dropping them. Dropping or misusing a pair could lead to cracking or breaking.
