Featuring durable 7, 11, and 14-gauge steel construction, this attachment is designed for athletes who own a bench and want to target their quadriceps with leg extensions or strengthen their hamstrings with leg curls but do not want to purchase a dedicated leg extension/leg curl platform.

This versatile attachment features a 9-inch weight horn compatible with a wide range of weight plates (including our Olympics) and can be adjusted to accommodate athletes of varied heights.

Prefect for REP Blackwing

I bought this attachment based off of some online “hacks” they it would work with REP benches. Lines up perfect, I need to add holes for it to work how it is supposed too but considering Bolt had actually created these attachments and they are interchangeable that is a huge win! Range of motion and adjustability work perfect for me.

The Venom Leg Extension / Leg Curl attachment works on the REP Blackwing Bench

The Venom Leg Extension / Leg Curl attachment works on the REP Blackwing Bench. You have to mark on the bar that slides underneath the bench where you want to drill the pop pin hole since the REP blackwing bench is different. I used a Center Punch to mark where I wanted to drill. I also used a Titanium Step Drill Bit to drill out the hole. When my REP pop pin would fit in the hole, I knew my hole was wide enough. Don't make the same mistake I did. Install the black leg pads on the bar that gets drilled out so the hole will be drilled in the correct spot. I would attach photos but I do not see a spot to attach them. Bolt - I have pictures if you want them. I did this same modification with the Venom Bench Preacher Curl attachment too!
